Cullen is the majority shareholder in Knockout Boxing, the sports venture which manages New Zealand professional boxer Shane Cameron.
Also known as the Mountain Warrior, Cameron has been ranked as high as 6 by the World Boxing Organization in the heavyweight division. Career titles and achievements include the New Zealand and Australasian Heavyweight Champion, and the IBF Pan Pacific, the WBA Pan African, the WBO Oriental Pacific and the WBO Asia Pacific Interim Heavyweight titles. He won a bronze medal at the 2002 Commonwealth Games.
Starting with his first professional fight in 2002, Cameron has had 24 wins, 2 losses, 20 wins by knock-out.
